Samuel C. Marchese, Controller Mr. Marchese is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the Division's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Wafra, Mr. Marchese was a Principal with Investcorp International Inc. There he was the Controller of the Real Estate Group. Mr. Marchese has over 25 years in the real estate accounting field and prior to that, he held the position of CFO for Fisher Holdings Corporation as well as other real estate accounting managerial positions at Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company, The Kaplan Organization, and Prudential Insurance Company.
