Ms. Pepe’s responsibilities are primarily in the area of investment acquisition, with emphasis on valuation of potential investments, market research, financial analysis, and due diligence review for real estate investments throughout the United States and Canada.  Ms. Pepe is also responsible for monitoring select real estate transactions located in India and China.

 

Having joined Wafra in 2002, Ms. Pepe has participated in the acquisition process for real estate investments in the U.S. totaling over $300 million.  In addition, Ms. Pepe has worked on capital-raising efforts, as well as investor reporting functions and fund presentations. 

 

Ms. Pepe has coordinated promotional material for the real estate department, including press releases related to the acquisition, disposition, asset management, and marketing of the existing portfolio.

Ms. Pepe has received a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University, graduating with distinction.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University. Ms. Pepe is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
