Mr. Deutsch is involved in both the acquisition of new real estate investments and the asset management of current properties. Before joining Wafra in 2004, he had worked for Citigroup as a Vice President in real estate asset management, development, and lending. He also worked as a project manager for the HRH Construction Corporation. In all, he has over 35 years of real estate and construction experience.

Mr. Deutsch served as a Lieutenant in the Civil Engineer Corps of the U. S. Navy. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a MS and BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan. Mr. Deutsch is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.
